Board meeting videos

Board and Committee Meetings are typically scheduled for 1:30 p.m. on Tuesdays.

Each committee of the Hennepin County Board meetings, including the Housing and Redevelopment Authority and Regional Rail Authority, will have its own video stream and its own link to view.

To view live, click either “In progress” or “Watch Now” below, once the meeting has begun.

How to stream live videos

Click “View Live Event” under the “Upcoming Events” heading.
We are streaming meetings through Adobe Connect to allow for virtual participation. If you have trouble connecting, please use these instructions to troubleshoot (PDF).

How to stream archived videos

Click on the appropriate tab: “Board,” “Committees,” “Rail Authority,” or “HRA” (Housing and Redevelopment Authority), under the “Archived Videos” heading.
Locate the meeting within the chronological list under the tab. The most recent meeting appears at the top.
Click on the name of the meeting to stream the meeting with documents.

How to save a video

Click “MP4 video” to save a video file to your device

How to view the agenda only

Click on the appropriate tab: “Board,” “Committees,” “Rail Authority,” or “HRA” (Housing and Redevelopment Authority), under the “archived Videos” heading.
Locate the meeting within the chronological list under the tab. The most recent meeting appears at the top.
Use the “Documents” pull-down menu to see the agenda.
