ImmuLink

ImmuLink supports the confidential, statewide Minnesota Immunization Information Connection (MIIC) system for the 7-county metro region. This includes the counties of Anoka, Carver, Dakota, Hennepin, Ramsey, Scott, and Washington counties. Municipal health departments City of Minneapolis and Bloomington, Edina and Richfield Public health are also included.

The Minnesota Immunization Information Connection (MIIC) is a statewide immunization information system that stores electronic immunization records. MIIC makes keeping track of vaccinations easier and helps ensure Minnesotans get the right vaccines at the right time. To learn more about MIIC and how records are entered: Minnesota Immunization Information Connection - Minnesota Dept. of Health (state.mn.us)

For this data to be viewed, the participating organization must be covered under the Minnesota Immunization Data Sharing Law and signed a Data User Agreement with MDH MIIC. Participating organizations include health care providers, organization types that are required by law to record immunizations (pharmacies) and require by law for enrollment (includes childcare centers or schools), and organizations who are providing services to the patient or on behalf of the patient.

Immunization Data Sharing Law: Sec. 144.3351 MN Statutes
