Baby Tracks

baby under a blanket

Baby Tracks is a free program that helps parents and guardians stay up to date with the immunizations kids need. Babies need about 25 shots by their second birthday to protect them from serious diseases.

At Baby Tracks we:

  • Send you reminders about upcoming immunizations until your baby turns two.
  • Keep a current immunization record for your child to use for childcare, school, or if you change clinics.
  • Provide bilingual staff to answer your questions about immunizations.
  • Help you find a clinic where your child can get shots, even if you do not have health insurance.
  • Provide referrals or support to families who need additional help with their babies’ shots.
