Parent Support Outreach Program

Through the Parent Support Outreach Program (PSOP), Hennepin County can connect you with help to meet your family’s urgent needs and support you in reaching your goals.

PSOP is a short-term, voluntary program. You, as the parent, decide what you want to work on.

Assistance may include support for basic needs, financial needs, and your family's health, including specialized services for families dealing with opioid dependency. PSOP can also connect your family to community resources for longer-term support.
