Drop-off facilities open with limited operations

Hennepin County’s Drop-Off Facilities in Brooklyn Park and Bloomington are open with limited operations and new safety procedures due to COVID-19. Find more information about drop-off facilities.

Changes to materials accepted: No mattresses. No TVs or electronics that weigh more than 50 lbs.

Select appliances accepted: microwaves, water coolers, sump pumps, garbage disposals, dehumidifiers. $15/each. 

NO other appliances accepted.

Aerosol cans and sprays with liquid or pressure remaining. Empty aerosol cans may be placed in the garbage.

Drop-off facilities do not accept:

Empty aerosol cans may be put in the garbage.

Rethink and reduce

Buy pump sprays, refillables or liquid concentrates instead of aerosols. Follow product directions to clear spray nozzles prior to storage.
