All benefits-related forms (Family status change forms (FSCs), dependent documentation, Parking FSA change forms, etc.) should be submitted via email to HR.Benefits@hennepin.us rather than sending in through interoffice mail / US mail.

  • Permanent, probationary, and regular (non-temporary) employees can earn benefits
  • Benefit-earning employees must also work standard hours of 20 or more per week
  • Some temporary and part-time employees also earn benefits
