Drop-off facilities open with limited operations

Hennepin County’s Drop-Off Facilities in Brooklyn Park and Bloomington are open with limited operations and new safety procedures due to COVID-19. Find more information about drop-off facilities.

Changes to materials accepted: No mattresses. No TVs or electronics that weigh more than 50 lbs.

Select appliances accepted: microwaves, water coolers, sump pumps, garbage disposals, dehumidifiers. $15/each. 

NO other appliances accepted.

Tiles: porcelain, ceramic, slate, glass, marble and VCT

Tiles — porcelain, ceramic, slate, glass, marble and VCT — in good condition may be given away, sold or donated to Better Futures Minnesota or the Habitat for Humanity ReStore. They must be unbroken, new, clean. Minimum one box.

Call first for a Minneapolis voucher or non-resident fees. More information is available through the Minneapolis Voucher Program.

Put in garbage

Tile may be put in the garbage. Check with your waste hauler or see landfills and transfer stations for drop-off options.
