Give away, sell or donate
Mirrors in good condition can be given away, sold or donated. Arc’s Value Village accepts mirrors with or without frames if they are not chipped or damaged. Bridging accepts mirrors with frames only.
Put in garbage
Most mirrors may be put in the garbage. Mirrors cannot be recycled.
Antique mirrors (made before 1900) may contain mercury and require special disposal. Call Hennepin County Environment and Energy at 612-348-3777 to determine if your mirror contains mercury and for disposal options.
