Give away or donate
If the car seat is less than five years old, has not been in a crash and is in good condition, you can give it away. Be aware that many organizations do not accept car seat donations. Follow the guidelines provided by the Minnesota Safety Council before giving a car seat away.
Check for upcoming Target Trade-In events which usually occur in the April and September.
