Drop-off facilities open with limited operations

Hennepin County’s Drop-Off Facilities in Brooklyn Park and Bloomington are open with limited operations and new safety procedures due to COVID-19. Find more information about drop-off facilities.

Changes to materials accepted: No mattresses. No TVs or electronics that weigh more than 50 lbs.

Select appliances accepted: microwaves, water coolers, sump pumps, garbage disposals, dehumidifiers. $15/each. 

NO other appliances accepted.

If the bicycle works give it away, sell it or donate it. Find donation options near you on the Choose to Reuse website.

Repair

If the bicycle is broken, repair it at a bike shop.

Recycle

Bicycles may be accepted and redeemed at scrap metal recyclers. Also, check with your local bike shop about recycling or donating bike tires, tubes and parts.
