Drop-off facilities open with limited operations

Hennepin County’s Drop-Off Facilities in Brooklyn Park and Bloomington are open with limited operations and new safety procedures due to COVID-19. Find more information about drop-off facilities.

Changes to materials accepted: No mattresses. No TVs or electronics that weigh more than 50 lbs.

Select appliances accepted: microwaves, water coolers, sump pumps, garbage disposals, dehumidifiers. $15/each. 

NO other appliances accepted.

Bathtubs: metal or cast iron

Give away, sell or donate

Bathtubs in good condition may be given away, sold or donated to the Habitat for Humanity ReStore.


Metal bathtubs may be accepted or redeemed at a scrap metal recycler.
