Rain or shine.

University of Minnesota Reuse Program Warehouse
883 29th Avenue Southeast, Minneapolis

To ensure a smooth shopping experience, The Reuse Center will allow 5 people in at a time to browse the bikes. New groups will enter every 2-3 minutes.

They have an estimated 300+ bikes that are all fixed and ready to ride away on. Prices start around $50-$75 (originally $100-$125) and increase based on quality and condition. This year, they may also have a small number of specialty bikes (recumbent, tandem, etc.) that are sold "as-is" for project enthusiasts.

The sale will be held in the parking/loading dock area at their warehouse located at 883 29th Ave SE, Minneapolis MN 55414.

Free street parking is available on Como Ave, Weeks Ave, and 27th Ave SE. Please avoid parking in the ReUse area, which is reserved for their warehouse customers. Adhere to all parking signs to avoid tickets. Additional parking can be found on nearby streets.

While no one has ever camped out, a few dedicated cyclists may arrive around 7am when they start setting up. The line typically grows throughout the morning, with around 50-75 people an hour before opening and then grows fast after that.

Payment: This is a cashless event. The Reuse Center accepts major credit cards, debit cards, tap payments, Google Pay, and similar electronic methods.

This event only happens because of the great partnership between the UMN ReUse Program and the bike shops they work with: Mr. Michael Recycles Bicycles and Full Cycle.
