HCRRA permit request form
The Hennepin County Regional Railroad Authority (HCRRA) owns and manages 55 miles of rail corridors and connected sites throughout Hennepin County. Recreational trails are located on all of the corridors on an interim basis. Permits may be issued for further non-exclusive uses of this land that do not interfere with other approved uses.
Some examples of possible permitted uses of HCRRA land include:
- Temporary public art
- Landscape work (with approve plan)
- Minor utility installations
- Underground crossings for utilities and communications conduits
- Trail improvements
- And more
