Track a wide variety of healthy habits in your Virgin Pulse account and earn wellness points. Earn 50 points each day you track a healthy habit. You can track back seven days.
Some of the healthy habit categories:
- Building relationships
- Getting active
- Managing your finances
- Sleeping well
- Reducing stress
Within each category are options of habits you can do and track, such as:
- Invite a friend to workout
- Good posture
- Using lists
- Turning off lights
- Time in bed

See all of your healthy habit options and start tracking in your Virgin Pulse account.
From your Virgin Pulse home page hold your cursor over Home and select Healthy Habits. Add or subtract habits from your My Healthy Habits tab. You can view additional healthy habits on the Recommended For You or Browse All tabs.
