What healthy habit is important to you? With Virgin Pulse personal challenges you can create a challenge based on your own interests. Challenge yourself or your friends. Most challenges are a week in length.
Earn 250 wellness points for creating a personal challenge or for accepting an invitation to a challenge from a friend.

- Drive courteously
- Track spending
- Phone away
- Time for friends
- Expand circles
Please note that Step Challenges require a connected device or app like Fitbit, My Fitness Pal or Apple watch. See a full list of apps and devices on your Virgin Pulse account.
To create a challenge:
- Log in to your Virgin Pulse account
- Click Challenges
- Click create challenge
- Follow the prompts to create a Step Challenge or pick a Health Habit Challenge
- Click invite players if you would like to invite friends to participate in your challenge
