What healthy habit is important to you? With Virgin Pulse personal challenges you can create a challenge based on your own interests. Challenge yourself or your friends. Most challenges are a week in length.

Earn 250 wellness points for creating a personal challenge or for accepting an invitation to a challenge from a friend.

To create a challenge:

  • Log in to your Virgin Pulse account
  • Click Challenges
  • Click create challenge
  • Follow the prompts to create a Step Challenge or pick a Health Habit Challenge
  • Click invite players if you would like to invite friends to participate in your challenge
