Pre-registration is required

  1. Please email to pre-register for either one of the Site Walkthroughs being offered. Please put “Site Tour Registration – 625 Bldg. (5170A1)” as the subject line of the email. Someone will email you back with the available time slots.
  2. Walkthrough is limited to two (2) team members per company.
  3. Pre-Registration closes 24 hours before the scheduled walkthrough.
  4. If you do not pre-register you risk not being able to attend either walkthrough.

Site Walkthrough Guidelines

  1. We will no longer be conducting the best value and project information presentation as part of the site walkthrough. Instead, Hennepin County best value information will be posted on the HC website. This information will also be shared at the Pre-Proposal conference taking place on Tuesday, May 18, 2021.
  2. All visitors for the walkthrough are expected to wear face masks and comply with federal, state and local laws related to health and safety.  In addition, all visitors are expected to follow Minnesota Department of Health Guidelines and CDC guidance on COVID-19.
  3. If you are feeling sick or showing any symptoms the day of OR in the days leading up to the walkthrough, please alert us and DO NOT attend the walkthrough.
  4. In order to abide with these requirements, we will be conducting small group tours that will consist of eight (8) people.
  5. All questions must be submitted to the consultant/architect as the walkthrough is for visualization reasons only. No questions will be answered during the walkthrough.
