What if I need to reschedule or cancel a registration?
Go to the One-Day DWI registration website and enter using your login name and password. From the site, you can cancel your session. If you need to reschedule, cancel then register for a session that works better for your schedule.
Keep in mind that payment for the session MUST be received before you will be admitted into a program session. If you paid for the program that you are canceling, your payment will be applied to your new session.
How do I get into the online registration system if I don't remember my username and password?
- For usernames, please contact the Hennepin County help desk at 612-348-6662 between 7 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.
- For passwords, please click on the Trouble Logging In icon from the registration's main page. You will need to know your username and the answer the secret question you previously selected in order to reset the password. You do not need a password to view the main page.
Will I be reminded about my session?
Yes. You will receive two emails to the address you entered when you created your account in the online registration system.
- A confirmation email will be sent after you successfully register online for a session.
- A reminder email will be sent five days before your scheduled program. Please check your spam or junk mail box if you do not receive a reminder.
If you do not provide a valid email address, you will not receive any notifications. Adult probation employees will do their best to remind clients without an email address, but it is the clients' responsibility to attend their scheduled session.
It is strongly recommended that you print your completed registration for your records.
How do I schedule community service (Sentencing to Service)?

What if I fail to complete the One-Day DWI program and/or STS?
Arrest warrants are issued for those who fail to attend the One-Day DWI program and or complete sentencing to service as ordered by the court. People arrested on such a warrant will be required to return to court.
Are meals served? How do breaks work?
Meals and snacks are not provided. Participants are given an hour lunch break in which they may leave the premises for a meal. Breaks are given throughout the day.

How do I know if a session is cancelled due to inclement weather?
When time permits, cancellations due to bad weather will be announced on the phone registration line. Please call 612-543-0471 and select your class location for a recorded message.
How do I receive a copy of my certificate if I've moved to another state?
Please call the registration line at 612-543-0471 and leave a message requesting a copy of your certificate. Provide your full name and mailing address.
