How do I reschedule or cancel a registration?
Go to the One-Day DWI registration website and enter your case number and date of birth.
If you need to reschedule, cancel your current registration, then register for a session that works better for your schedule.
What if I forget my username or password after registering?
If you forget your username, please contact the Hennepin County help desk at 612-348-6662, Monday through Friday between 7 a.m. and 5 p.m.
If you forget your password, please click on the "Trouble Logging In" icon located on the registration main page.
What do I need to know about paying for my class?
Payments for a given session must be received before a participant can attend a One-Day DWI class.
If a participant cancels or reschedules, their payment will be applied to the session they reschedule for.
Will I be reminded to attend my One-Day DWI class?
A confirmation email will be sent after you successfully register online for a session.
What if I fail to complete the One-Day DWI program?
A violation will be issued by the participant's probation officer for anyone who fails to attend the One-Day DWI program and they will be required to return to court.
Are meals served during the class?
Meals and snacks are not provided. Participants are given an hour lunch break in which they may leave the premises for a meal.
Are breaks given to class participants?
Breaks are given throughout the day.
How do I know if a session is cancelled due to bad weather?
Cancellations will be announced on the phone registration line. Call 612-543-0471 and select your class location for a recorded message.
How can I receive a copy of my certificate if I have moved to another state?
Call the registration line at 612-543-0471 and leave a message requesting a copy of your certificate. Provide your full name, case number and mailing address.
