Visitors to the new Minnesota Twins ballpark may soon be arriving for games by bike thanks to American Recovery and Reinvestment Act funds that will help fund an expansion of the Cedar Lake Trail to provide enhanced connections between the bike trail, developing transit, and the ballpark.
