NorthPoint Health and Wellness Center, 1313 Penn Avenue North, seeks a Family Nurse Practitioner to provide a full spectrum of ambulatory family medicine services in a community clinic setting. Our practice is a diverse, urban community health center in North Minneapolis whose mission is: “Actively partnering to create a healthier community.”

This is a grant position (non-permanent) with benefits, available for up to two years. Hours for this position range from 32 to 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with some on-call, evening and Saturday clinic hours.
