  • Ordinance #03 Food Protection Ordinance
    This Ordinance is enacted to establish standards for the regulation of food establishments to protect the health, safety, and general welfare of the people of Hennepin County pursuant to powers granted under Minnesota Statutes, Sections 145A.01 through 145A.1 and 375.51 through 375.55, Minnesota Rules, Chapter 4626, and subsequent recodifications and/or amendments and other applicable legislation, as may be adopted from time to time.
