- This department supervises more than 32,000 adult and juvenile offenders in institutions, on probation/parole, or in the Sentencing to Service Program.
- Juvenile Probation Services
- Juvenile Probation employees serve multiple functions within the juvenile justice system. Their work and interventions begin almost immediately after a juvenile is arrested.
- Neighborhood Probation
- Adult Field Services (AFS) provides an array of services in neighborhoods for Hennepin County District Court, defendants and and offenders, victims of crimes, and the community.
- One Day DWI Program
- Hennepin County's One-Day DWI Program is an alternative sanction for first-time DWI offenders with a BAC of .19 or less.
- Sentencing to Service
- This program is a community service work program that allows qualified low-risk offenders to complete court-ordered obligations and learn new work skills in lieu of jail time and/or fines.
