MHP North Star Plan provides health care coverage for seniors ages 65 and above living in the following Minnesota counties: Anoka, Carver, Dakota, Hennepin, Ramsey, Scott and Washington. 

MHP North Star Advantage Basic (HMO-POS)

North Star Advantage Basic Plan is MHP's mid-level Advantage plan that includes Medicare Part D prescription drug coverage. This could be the plan for you if you only take a few prescription drugs.
