ACF Resident Roster
The ACF mission is to provide a safe, secure, and efficient facility and promote offender change. Historically known as the Workhouse, the facility provides short-term custody and programming for adult offenders who are convicted for felony, gross misdemeanor, and misdemeanor offenses. The ACF also offers work opportunities through its two award-winning programs, Productive Day and ACF Industries. The maximum stay is 365 days.
More than 6,200 men and women were booked into the ACF in 2009. The facility housed an average of 538 residents per day in the Men's Section, Women's Section, and Work/Study Release Facility. Correctional staff also supervised an average of 165 offenders per day on the Electronic Home Monitoring Program (EHM). ACF employees partner with Community Offender Management to supervise EHM residents in the community.
In January 2010, the ACF stopped housing residents in its Work Release Section. Men and women sentenced to the Work/Study Release Program are housed in their respective straight time sections or placed on EHM. Residents must be able to prove legitimate employment or enrollment in school to qualify for the Work/Study Release Program. The links below provide more information about the Work/Study Release program.
