Hair:Black Eyes:Brown Scars:Left Finger, Face, Nose, Right Hand, Abdomen, Upper Left Arm, Artificial Left Leg, Wheelchair Bound Tattoos:Left Leg Piercings:Right Ear	On February 20, 2012, it is believed that Devon McFerrin, also known by the name Church, sold heroin to a known male who subsequently died as a result of the drug use. The drug exchange between the victim and the passenger of a vehicle was recorded by video surveillance. McFerrin confirmed, during a police interview, that he was the passenger in the vehicle seen in the surveillance video. It is believed that Devon McFerrin is aware that a warrant has been issued for his arrest.

Hair:Black Eyes:Brown Scars:N/A Tattoos:N/A Piercings:Lower Lip	Between February 21st through Febrauary 22nd 2011 Alex Yupa committed a sexual assault against a known juvenile older than 13 but younger than 16. Yupa was nearly 20 years old at the time of assault. On February 26, 2011 Yupa made threats against the victim via Facebook, by enlisting another to beat the victim up and even killing the victim. Alex Yupa's whereabouts are unknown. Yupa also posted a comment on Facebook that he is "waiting for the cops" suggesting he is aware of the outstanding arrest warrant.

Hair:Black Eyes:Brown Scars:Nose Tattoos:Left Finger, Left Forearm, Left Hand, Left Calf Piercings:N/A	On May 25, 2012 the arrest warrants were issued for Sou Thao because he failed to enter sex offender treatment for the conviction of Criminal Sexual Conduct and for Failing to Register as a Predatory Offender. Thao also failed to appear for his scheduled sentencing hearing on September 25, 2012. Sou Thao was convicted of Criminal Sexual Conduct (CSC) on 5/23/2012 for committing sexual assault on 12/16/2011. He has been arrested and booked into the Hennepin County Jail 5 times for the following offenses: False Imprisonment, CSC, Fail to Register and Federal Offenses.

McGarry has had multiple DUI and DWI offenses throughout the state of Minnesota. McGarry has been arrested and booked into the Hennepin County Jail 15 times for offenses that include: Assault, DWI, DUI, Misdemeanor Driving Offenses, and False Information. Leo McGarry's Minnesota convictions include: Gross Misdemeanor DWI (08/09/2000), Felony DWI (07/24/2012) and Gross Misdemeanor Driving After Cancellation-Inimical to Public Safety (10/15/2012). McGarry has violated terms of probation for the 07/24/2012 conviction (Renville County, MN) by failing to remain law abiding. Leo Richard McGarry has lived in numerous states and has committed multiple DWI offenses in at least 3 different states. Leo McGarry has lived in: Arkansas, Arizona, Colorado, Florida, Michigan, Minnesota, Pennsylvania, and South Dakota. It is believed that McGarry may be staying with family in Florida or Michigan.

She also has a felony warrant for escape from custody issued 06/07/2011 and a gross misdemeanor warrant for driving while impaired issued 04/13/2009.
