Hennepin County Family Child Care Licensing Unit, as an agent of the State of Minnesota Department of Human Services, Department of Licensing, is responsible to license family child care providers, as set forth in MN Rules parts 9502.0300-9502.0445 (Rule 2) and state statute 245A and 245C.
