Program description

Target population:

Adults and adolescents who need a chemical use assessment, which are provided at various locations in Hennepin County.

Services:

  • Chemical use assessments
  • Funding for chemical dependency treatment programs for eligible individuals
  • Supportive housing (GRH)

Conditions of eligibility:

  • Assessments can be performed for clients who are voluntary or court-ordered by designated assessors in the community
  • You need to be financially eligible for publicly-funded chemical dependency treatment
