Hennepin Gallery exhibits are part of the county’s commitment to serving the community with a variety of fine arts and educational displays. These exhibits are presented free of charge and are open to the public. The Hennepin Gallery has featured exhibits from various nonprofits, schools and government agencies since the 1970s.
The purpose of exhibits at the Hennepin County Government Center (map) is to educate and inform the general public and county employees by promoting county programs and related educational issues.
Use of exhibit space is limited to exhibits sponsored by Hennepin County or other government agencies, arts organizations, nonprofit organizations, and groups receiving approval from the County Board of Commissioners. Exhibits are usually displayed for one month, and there is no charge for the exhibit space.
The Hennepin Gallery is a project of Public Affairs.
