Estate sale conductor

To conduct estate sales, an “Estate Sale Conductor” must file a surety bond with the county of their residence or in the county where the estate sale is being held.

Filing process

Either bring or mail the corporate surety bond in the amount of at least $20,000 to the Government Center Service Center. For a shorter wait time, use the link below to make an appointment.


At this time, there is no fee for filing of a bond.
